Loyalty coins terms and restrictions

This document governs the accumulation, redemption, expiration, clawback, and absolute discretionary nature of the TechBhai Coins reward program.

Non-monetary nature of TechBhai Coins

TechBhai Coins are promotional reward points issued solely for customer loyalty. They do NOT constitute legal tender, currency, digital currency, or cash in Bangladesh.
Coins have zero monetary value outside the TechBhai platform and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other accounts, sold, or inherited.
Any attempt to buy, sell, barter, or transfer coins outside the authorized checkout flow is strictly prohibited and will result in coin forfeiture and account closure.

Earning rules and final credit validation

Eligible users earn 10 TechBhai Coins for every full ৳100 BDT of net product spend, excluding shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and value offset by previous discounts or coins.
Coins are only credited to a user's wallet after the associated order status is set to delivered and the return window has expired.
We reserve the right to exclude specific products, brands, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns from earning coins without prior notice.

Redemption controls and checkout limits

Coins can only be redeemed in fixed blocks of ten (10) coins. 10 coins are equivalent to a ৳1 BDT discount on eligible items.
Coins can only offset the product subtotal. Shipping fees, courier charges, and packaging fees must be paid separately.
We reserve the right to set a maximum limit on the number of coins that can be redeemed per transaction, day, or account.

Cancellation, return clawbacks, and negative balances

If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the coins earned from that order will be immediately deducted from the user's balance.
If the user has already spent those coins on another transaction before the return, their coin balance will go negative.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the cash equivalent of the negative coin balance from any refund due to the customer, or hold future orders until the negative balance is cleared.
Redeemed coins used on a cancelled order will only be returned to the user's wallet if the coins are still within their original 12-month validity period.

Expiration, forfeiture, and program amendments

All TechBhai Coins expire exactly twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to the user's wallet. Expired coins are forfeited and cannot be restored.
TechBhai is under no legal obligation to notify users before their coins expire.
We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to suspend, modify, or terminate the entire TechBhai Coins program, its conversion rates, earning criteria, or individual balances at any time without any compensation or prior liability.
