This policy governs the terms, requirements, procedures, and deductions applicable to product returns, replacements, and refunds, including mandatory proof conditions and anti-fraud checks.

Strict eligibility criteria for returns and replacements

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only considered for products that are verified as damaged in transit, dead-on-arrival (DOA), defective from the manufacturer, or materially different from the ordered product, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and untampered retail packaging, including all original seals, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free promotional items.
Under no circumstances will returns, replacements, or refunds be granted for change-of-mind, subjective preference, minor cosmetic updates to outer packaging, or software/compatibility issues not specified in the product description.

Mandatory unboxing video requirement

To claim a return, replacement, or refund for missing, wrong, or physically damaged items, the customer MUST provide a single, continuous, unedited high-definition unboxing video.
The video must start BEFORE opening the courier's outer package, clearly displaying the shipping label, order number, and intact seals. It must show the package being opened and the product being inspected in one continuous frame without cuts, edits, or transitions.
Failure to provide a valid, unedited unboxing video matching these requirements will result in the immediate and irrevocable rejection of the claim, without exception.

Exclusion of returns for open-box and hygiene items

For security, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, returns or replacements are strictly prohibited once the factory seal is broken or the product is opened for categories including, but not limited to: TWS earbuds, earphones, smartwatches, chargers, power banks, cables, screen protectors, cases, software keys, and final-sale items.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered after opening, the claim will be handled under the Warranty Policy, not the Return Policy.

Serial number, IMEI, and anti-fraud verification

All returned items undergo a rigorous physical and technical inspection in our laboratory. We will verify the unique serial numbers (S/N), IMEI numbers, and internal components against our outgoing shipment records.
If a returned product is found to be used, swapped (returning an old, counterfeit, or different item), intentionally damaged, missing parts, or having broken security seals, the return will be rejected immediately.
Any attempt to swap products or submit fraudulent return claims constitutes theft and cheating. TechBhai will blacklist the user, freeze their balance, and report the event to Bangladesh law enforcement for criminal prosecution.

Refund processing, bank timelines, and deductions

Once a return is inspected and officially approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment channel (such as bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, or bank account) within 7 to 14 business days.
Any delays caused by payment gateways, bank settlement cycles, or mobile financial services (MFS) are outside TechBhai's control, and we accept no liability for such delays.
For approved returns that are not due to TechBhai's direct error, we reserve the right to deduct payment gateway transaction fees (2%–5%), outward and inward shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product purchase price.

All claims must follow these verification guidelines. TechBhai maintains a zero-tolerance policy against return fraud and will enforce these rules to the full extent of the law.
