Delivery terms for orders fulfilled in Bangladesh

Service coverage and delivery details accuracy

• TechBhai dispatches orders within the sovereign territory of Bangladesh through authorized third-party logistics partners.
• The customer is legally obligated to provide a full, accurate, and physically verifiable shipping address, an active telephone number, and the correct name of the designated recipient.
• We reserve the right to hold dispatch indefinitely to verify information. Any delivery failure, delays, or additional logistics costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable details will be solely borne by the customer.

Estimated delivery timelines and disclaimers

• All delivery timeframes displayed on the website or communicated by support agents are good-faith estimates and NOT guaranteed deadlines.
• While we aim for standard delivery windows (typically 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka), TechBhai accepts zero liability for delays caused by third-party courier backlogs, weather anomalies, strikes, public holidays, political instability, or force majeure events.
• High-value, bulky, fragile, or customized orders may require extra packaging time and will undergo rigorous verification before dispatch.

Client verification and compulsory advance payments

• To mitigate malicious competitor orders and fraudulent transactions, TechBhai reserves the unilateral right to mandate partial or full advance payment (via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer) prior to order dispatch.
• Advance payments may be requested at our sole discretion based on order value, shipping location, account age, history of failed deliveries, or suspicious order patterns.
• Failure to provide the requested advance payment within forty-eight (48) hours of placement will result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of the order.

Doorstep receipt, inspection, and risk transfer

• The risk of loss, damage, or degradation of the product transfers completely to the customer immediately upon physical delivery of the package to the address, security gate, building reception, or designated contact person.
• Customers must inspect the outer packaging before signing the courier receipt. If the outer package is open, crushed, or visibly tampered with, the customer must immediately refuse the package and report it to our customer support team with photographic proof.
• For high-value tech accessories and gadgets, the customer is required to record a continuous unboxing video as detailed in our Return Policy to sustain any claims of transit damage or missing parts.

Failed deliveries, unreachability, and customer liability

• The delivery agent will attempt contact up to three (3) times. If the customer is unreachable, unresponsive, or refuses delivery without a valid, policy-approved reason, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
• The customer remains legally liable to compensate TechBhai for all outward and return shipping fees, packaging costs, and administrative processing fees incurred due to failed delivery or refusal.
• We reserve the absolute right to block, restrict, or suspend Cash-on-Delivery (COD) options for any user account, mobile number, or delivery address associated with a single failed delivery or order refusal.

Prosecution of fraudulent and competitor-sabotaged orders

Placing orders with the intent to refuse them, using fake addresses/phone numbers, or utilizing automated scripts to place duplicate orders to deplete inventory (sabotage) constitutes a criminal offense of cheating and mischief under the Penal Code of Bangladesh 1860. TechBhai proactively collects digital telemetry (including IP addresses, device identifiers, ISP logs, and location data) and will cooperate with the Bangladesh Police, Cyber Crime Unit, and judicial authorities to prosecute competitors or individuals engaged in such bad-faith activities.
