Binding contract formation and order rejection rights

• An order placed on our website is an offer to purchase and does not constitute a contract. A binding contract is only formed when TechBhai accepts, packs, and hands over the product to our courier partner.
• Automated emails, order numbers, SMS updates, or payment receipts do not guarantee order acceptance or stock availability.
• We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order at any stage without liability, for reasons including stock shortage, pricing errors, fraud screening, suspected competitor sabotage, or delivery location safety concerns.

Pricing, listing discrepancies, and inventory errors

• Prices, specifications, promotions, and accessory bundles are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we strive for absolute accuracy, typographical or system errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, issue a refund, and correct the listing.
• Slight variations in product color, packaging design, or accessory branding do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the buyer to a full refund.

Customer conduct, account security, and correct identity

• Users must register using their true, legal name and verified phone number. Creating fake accounts, using aliases, or inputting fabricated addresses is strictly prohibited.
• You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. TechBhai is not liable for unauthorized purchases made through your account.
• Users are prohibited from using automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or manual coordinate spamming to interfere with the website's performance, inventory, or checkout flows.

Strict prohibition of competitor sabotage and fake orders

• It is strictly prohibited for competing business entities, rival operators, or individuals acting on their behalf to place speculative, fake, or mass orders (especially Cash-on-Delivery) with the intent to block inventory, inflate logistics costs, or harass TechBhai.
• We record user IP addresses, location data, ISP details, device fingerprinting tokens, and communication logs for security auditing.
• Any individual or entity found engaging in fake ordering or competitor sabotage will be prosecuted under the Bangladesh Penal Code 1860 (including Section 420 for Cheating, Section 425/427 for Mischief, and Section 120B for Criminal Conspiracy) and the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006. We will seek maximum civil damages, loss of business profits, and file criminal complaints/GDs with law enforcement (such as DB Cyber Crime).

Verification, Cash-on-Delivery suspension, and payment safety

• All online payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party gateways. TechBhai does not store complete card credentials.
• We reserve the right to hold any transaction and demand proof of identity (such as NID or passport copy) to verify the legitimate ownership of a card or account used for payment.
• COD is a discretionary facility. We may suspend COD for specific geographic zones, postcodes, or accounts with a history of failed deliveries or cancellations. For high-risk items, advance payment will be mandatory.

Limitation of liability and customer indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted under Bangladesh law, TechBhai, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our aggregate liability for any single order or dispute is strictly capped at the exact amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
• You agree to fully indemnify and hold TechBhai harmless from any claims, legal costs, or losses arising from your violation of these terms, fraudulent actions, or abuse of our policies.

Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

In case of any conflict, the specific provisions of the relevant policy will control. TechBhai reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
