Limited seller warranty and manufacturer support policy

This document outlines the scope, limitations, procedure, and strict exclusions governing limited seller warranties and the pass-through of manufacturer warranties in Bangladesh.

Nature of warranty coverage and disclaimers

Unless a product page explicitly states a specific warranty period, all items are sold on an 'AS-IS' basis with no warranty. TechBhai warrants only that the product matches its description at delivery.
For products with a manufacturer warranty, TechBhai acts solely as a facilitator. The manufacturer or authorized national distributor is exclusively responsible for diagnosis, repair, replacement, or claim approval.
TechBhai does not guarantee manufacturer approval, repair turnaround times, or the availability of spare parts, and we are not liable for any delays at the brand's authorized service centers.

Strict exclusions from warranty coverage

Any physical damage, cosmetic wear, scratches, cracks, broken joints, or signs of impact.
Liquid damage, moisture exposure, corrosion, or oxidation of internal parts.
Electrical burnouts, short circuits, or component damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or the use of non-original chargers and cables.
Software corruption, virus infection, unauthorized rooting, custom firmware installations, or modifications.
Any product where the serial number, IMEI, or warranty seal has been removed, altered, defaced, or tampered with.
Self-repair attempts, repairs done by unauthorized technicians, or damage caused by force majeure events.

Warranty claim procedure and documentation

To lodge a warranty claim, the customer must contact our support channel, provide the original invoice, packaging, intact warranty cards, and a detailed description with video proof of the issue.
The customer must bear all costs associated with shipping the product to our inspection center and back to their location.
We reserve the right to perform a diagnostic check which can take 7 to 15 business days. If the brand service center determines the issue is due to user error or is excluded from warranty, the claim will be rejected.

Diagnostic and logistics fees for invalid claims

If a product is sent to TechBhai for warranty inspection and is found to be fully functional (no defect found), or if the defect is excluded from warranty (e.g. liquid or surge damage), the claim will be denied.
The customer must pay a flat diagnostic fee of ৳500 BDT plus the return shipping costs before the product is dispatched back to them.
Items left unclaimed at our service center for more than thirty (30) calendar days will be disposed of or sold to recover storage costs, without any liability to TechBhai.

Warranty terms are strictly defined. No employee, reseller, or promotional advertisement is authorized to modify or extend these warranty rules.
